About Vallectric
Vallectric is a long-established multi-million pound business, highly respected for its knowledge, experience and expertise across a range of market sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, health, education, building services and public and privately owned housing.
Vallectric was incorporated as a limited company in 1959.
Until 1987 it traded as a subsidiary of a major electrical retailer, Vallances Ltd, a family owned business. Indeed, before being incorporated as a separate company, electrical contracting had been carried on as a divisional activity since 1944.
In 1987 the family sold the retailing business, however, the electrical contracting business of Vallectric was retained in family ownership.
In 1991 the family decided to allow wider ownership of Vallectric and 25% of the equity was transferred to other Directors and Senior Managers.
In 2006 the Executive Board and Senior Management of Vallectric completed a Management Buy Out of Vallectric.
Our aim is to develop lasting relationships with customers, work with them to identify and satisfy fully their requirements and to exceed their service expectations through the innovative management and deployment of technological and engineering skills.
