I write to express my gratitude for the work that Kerridge Helm has completed over the last few weeks.

Due to the constraints of our own suppliers, I realise that our demands were often unreasonable regarding the deadlines we required to have the work completed, along with the narrow time windows offered to you to complete the works during our working day.

You have acted with the up-most professionalism, able to arrange your staff to be here at all hours needed, sometimes at the drop of a hat. Not once were we told it could not be done.

The work carried out has been excellent I would like to thank Tim personally. Tim worked with us to ensure that we had the minimal disruption to our production day and at times it was as if he were not even there. My past experience with electrical contractors has been plagued with delays, wrong parts, messy working practices and general inflexibility.

This great experience of working with Kerridge Helm enables me to recommend them without hesitation, anyone looking for reliability, professionalism and a thoroughly well managed business � need look no further.

We were very impressed with the way Kerridge Helm helped us design and install the electrical refurbishments for our kitchen. They helped us to identify what we needed and ensured that we had considered all eventualities. They asked the right questions and identified what was needed according to the design we had outlined.

In addition to their invaluable help and advice, the work was completed within the time-scales quoted, on the days promised. Kerridge Helm went the extra mile with high quality workmanship while always respecting the fact that they were working within our home. They even left us with the means to still be able to use our kitchen even though it had been completely gutted.

Also they worked directly with other contractors, ensuring that their work was completed to deadline and to the specification stipulated by other contractors. This made the whole project much easier for us to manage, and meant it was possible for us to complete the project inside a very tight time frame.

All these factors combined with a reasonable price, means we would have no hesitation in recommending Kerridge Helm.
